GREECE

Passport applications for Irish citizens resident in Greece may be submitted in person at the Irish Embassy in Athens from 09.00am to 15.00pm from Monday to Friday.

Applications may also be submitted to the Embassy or the nearest Consulate by post.  In such cases the Embassy recommends the use of registered mail or a courier service.

SERBIA

Passport applications for Irish citizens resident in Serbia should be submitted to the Consulate in Belgrade.  See Honorary Consul in Serbia 

ALBANIA

Passport applications for Irish citizens resident in Albania should be submitted to the Irish Embassy in Athens  by courier service.

The Embassy bears no responsibility for applications or original documents lost in transit.

Applicants should allow at least 4 weeks for the processing of the passport application and possibly longer during the peak summer season.
